Love the fact that I can keep my bank and live in a state with no branches. I never need to go to an actual walk in bank, I can do a lot with the app. Wish there were more reciprocal ATMs around the country, or any! Being out of Pa I have to pay a lot of ATM fees to access $. It seems crazy that it's so incredibly hard to get access to actual cash. That needs to be resolved somehow, I pay a monthly fee to bank anyway.

There is no reason to be financially penalized for using cash. I would like to see more transactions on the 1st page instead of the last 5-15? Also I have zero interest in the adds attempting to entice me to spend money at another store or restaurant. I would stop using the app if that continues or is built out any more. It's clear these are paid ads-not appropriate and very unprofessional.

The "free balance," which takes into account all of your upcoming bills and pending transactions is probably the single best feature, as you always know how much is safe to spend. However, the app could have a lot more features, particularly regarding the online bill pay. There is a lot of functionality which is only available through the website, which is a shame. Compared to other banking apps, this one is overdue for an update! Also, annoyingly, they just can't seem to get FaceID right. This is the only app that I've had to delete and reinstall numerous times just because Face ID stops working.
